Michael: Shocking News
Thunder shook our house
With the equivalent force
of a small earthquake.

Kimme couldn’t leave painful enough alone. She’s been picking at the hole left from her extracted wisdom tooth and was afraid she might have developed dry socket so we set up a dentist appointment for Tuesday at three.
We’re good Americans so we got there at three, but our dentist, Dr. Sinclair wasn’t there; Perhaps just running a little Latin late. Past three thirty and since he still hadn’t shown, we decided to walk home. He pulled up as we were just slightly down the street. He explained to us he had been preparing a sign to inform his patients that he would not be able to keep his appointments because lightening from Monday’s storm knocked out the transmitter that supplies his office with electricity. Until the government fixes it, he’s out of business. He’ll call us when he’s back up and running.
The gods above have at least temporarily restored our internet service, but taken away our dentist. We still haven’t figured out yet why they do what they do or what sacrifices we should make to please them.
