So given yesterday’s considerations, the two races I’ll do when I’m in the states in are the Fearless 5k February 20 in Irvine and the Sycamore 100k in San Diego February 27.
Book ending a 5k with a 100k sounds intriguing. One Saturday I’ll be trying to push a 6 minute mile pace then the following weekend I’ll be lucky to hang at 10 minutes per mile. One race will take 20 minutes, the other closer to half a day. One has two 1.5k loops, the other has 8, 8 mile loops. You get the picture.
One has… no, I’m done for now.
