Michael: Buzzed
Security bars
Give the bird a place to perch
And look down on me.

It’s the little things. In this case it’s the little things with wings - mosquitoes.
Last year, inside and around our cottage, we didn’t worry about the little blood suckers, but for some reason this past month we’ve been annoyed by a few late night strafings.
We looked for mosquito netting to keep them at bay while we were in Boquete, but no such luck.
Without a net, we’ve turned to a Raid plug in and it seems to be working. But I don’t want that to be a long term solution because whatever chemicals it’s giving off, we’re inhaling as well, and I’m not keen on Larry H. Parker and Associates representing my loved ones after I’ve keeled over by some bizarre ailment.
Thanks to trusty old Google, a simple and clean solution will be to use a fan. Damned little mosquitoes are notoriously weak flyers and a little fan generated wind storm should keep them at bay.
We’ve dealt with fruit flies. Ants are an annoyance but not driving us crazy. And now mosquitoes. No idea what little buggers will welcome themselves over in the near future, but the net always seems to have a pretty reasonable solution.
